Sama bych nenašla odvahu se do některých asán pouštět, díky Lenčině zápalu pro jógu to zkouším stále a stale. Lenka vše vysvětlí, opraví, pomůže… pár asán jsem i přes pravidelné cvičení pořádně pochopila až od ní.
